The committee is represented by individuals from various groups and associations from the Barlaston Village area. The current committee comprises of :-
Mr Gareth Jones, Chairman.
Mrs Jo Gent, Treasurer (Woman’s Institute).
Mrs Laura Roberts (Floral Art).
